Your role as Facility Manager
In this role you are the one who ensures that our office operations are running smoothly.
This role is a key factor in ensuring the optimum performance of our team and a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to boost their career.
You should enjoy juggling many balls at the same time and having a “can do” attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • You are responsible for everything office related for our Rotterdam and Schiphol offices;

  • Manage our suppliers related to office equipment, cleaning, facilities and building maintenance. This also includes contract monitoring and negotiation;

  • Work with a budget and seek for the best price/ quality for supplies and facilities;

  • First point of contact for visitors and candidates;

  • Inventory Management: groceries, office supplies;

  • Provide all-round support for everything office related;

  • Helps to set-up our new office section.

Job requirements


What you'll bring
  • BSc degree in Facility Management, Office Management or similar;

  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience in facility management;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch;

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people;

  • Quick learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment;

  • Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills;

  • You see what needs to be done and make sure it will be done.
