Your role as Product Marketer
Shypple is on an exciting journey to transform an ancient industry into a fast-paced rocketship. As a Product Marketer you are the one that builds our story. In this role you turn insight into vision and action across multiple stakeholders. The role will enable our sales team and help them translate our complex product into a clear and differentiated value driver to our customers and prospects.
You play a critical role and shape our product positioning, value proposition, and messaging across the entire customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
Go-to-Market: Work with our product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute the release of new features to drive adoption and retention;
Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape that affect our strategic direction, positioning and messaging;
Develop buyer personas and customer journey matrix to ensure the messaging and value propositions are effectively distilled along the customer experience;
Create and optimize marketing collateral, sales enablement assets, and training materials to educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits;
Produce compelling positioning & messaging that effectively demonstrates Shypple’s value and differentiation.
What you'll bring
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing;
You have proven experience crafting compelling content and messaging;
An ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders through active listening and articulate multiple points of view;
You make sense of complex systems and are able to synthesize many viewpoints into easily digestible insights;
Audience research, segmentation, and persona development are not new to you. You speak both ICP, PMF, and NPS;
Positioning B2B SaaS Solutions is a plus;
Working with a two-sided marketplace or platform is a plus.
