Your role as Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will bring in your Agile coaching skills to ensure that our teams can focus on continuously improving our platforms’ core capabilities and maintainability. Your primary focus will be the development team that is responsible for defining and implementing improvements for our platform in the field of Quality Assurance, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps and Architecture. You will assist the team on effective backlog management & prioritization. In addition, you will collaborate with the team to enable them to become self-organizing and high performing. Secondly, you will assist our other product teams to grow in their agility as well by coaching, training and sharing best practices.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the development team to prioritize, develop, and demo features;
  
• Coaching the development team to self-organize, promote cross-functionality, facilitate Scrum events, and removing interference from the development process;
• Align with other teams on releases and dependencies;
• Help other Shypple product teams grow in agility.
