Shypple makes shipping simple. We offer companies an easy-to-use web-application that acts as a centralised dashboard providing real-time visibility on every aspect of their supply chain. It foresees a variety of booking, planning, delivery and communication possibilities. Your role as Talent Sourcer

The goal of the Talent Sourcer is to find the best talent out there! You will play a key role in driving Shypple’s growth and become part of this awesome rollercoaster as we are expanding quickly throughout the Benelux! With enthusiasm and creativity, you look for candidates who will make a difference at Shypple with their passion and talent.

In the role of Talent Sourcer, we will help you learn all the tricks of the recruitment field.

What you’ll be doing

  • You search for the best talent out here, using tools like LinkedIn;

  • You will work closely with recruiters to build and leverage pipelines/talent pools for short to long-term hiring needs;

  • Post and maintain jobs through internal and external career sites and job boards;

  • Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent;

  • You understand the roles, priorities, and needs of your team and create an inbound sourcing strategy to attract the right talent;

  • You create great Shypple candidate experiences.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or communication;

  • You are interested in recruitment;

  • You are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger people in the right way at the right time;

  • You are the king/queen of communication - both written and verbally (Dutch and English required);

  • You are living in The Netherlands, within travelling distance from Rotterdam.
