Your role as Sales Executive
As a Sales executive, you will work at the heart of Shypple’s commercial activities. In this role you are the business partner of Shypple’s future customers. You will act as a consultant to potential customers and thoroughly understand their supply chain and convince them of our added value in an advisory manner. You explain how Shypple’s platform will be beneficial to their company, and what value it will bring. As such, you are building long-lasting and valuable relationships with customers.
What you’ll be doing
Realize a significant growth of the Sales department while working with the team to create new business at small and medium-sized businesses;
Advise and convince customers that the "Shypple way" is the best solution to provide their company with an efficient and smart way of Shipping and Supply Chain Management;
You are one of Shypple's high-level business partners who together with potential customers can understand the entire supply chain and convince them of our added value in an advisory manner;
Generate, receive and follow up leads, you will arrange (demo) meetings and visit companies to introduce the unique high-quality service and software solutions Shypple provides;
You know how to close a deal and together with your account team you will continue to build.
What you'll bring
A proven track record in freight forwarding sales;
You live in Bangkok, Thailand;
Communication skills in both Thai and English;
You are tech-savvy and an advocate of smart digitization;
Positive mindset and open to learn a lot and do things differently;
You are professional, authentic, result-driven and you take ownership in everything you do;

You get
A gross salary of 40.000 THB per month + commission;
The gross profit target to bring in will be 120.00 TBH per month, and excess performance over this target will be rewarded with a bonus income by a progressive rate of 20% onward;
